Lockton offers a Benefit Concierge Center (BCC) aimed at providing the highest level of service for educating and assisting employees around their benefits. Call-Center based, the BCC helps employees better understand, better use and even enroll in all their benefits.
For employees that would like to discuss their benefit options in detail, have specific questions, or need help enrolling, the BCC delivers. A few key details of the call center:
